This time Goa

Why do we like Goa so much? There are places with beaches much cleaner, food and drink a lot cheaper. There are no landmarks you would want to see again, nothing extraordinarily tempting, you know.

I thought and thought about it. Then Bingo! I think this is it.

We love Goa much because it allows us to be decadent. Decadent without guilt. You can start the day with food and drink, lie around in shacks, shorts soaked in languid sweat, feet up, eyes gazing into the sea….drowsy…not one worry in the world. For us humans, above everything else, are immensely lazy.

Thus in short, Goa lets you be.

The crowds have just begun to trickle in. Club Cubana has reopened (with an open bar, ah the joys of life!). Goa is as bohemian and fun as ever.

So true renaissance, but then again, a hedonistic world may make puritanism a sought after end, after all we are always seeking an alternative :)
